Remote Patient Monitoring vs. Telehealth: Key Differences and What They Mean for You
Healthcare is transforming with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and telehealth at the forefront. Together, they create a seamless, efficient healthcare experience, enhancing patient outcomes and lowering costs. Vitalera leads this revolution, integrating RPM and telehealth for a more accessible and proactive healthcare system.
